A Day in the Life of a Small-Town Girl - Chicago

Today was a "make-up/finish-up" day for one of our classes. So instead of going to class we went to Chicago. The Windy City is about 2.5 hours away and none of us had ever been there just see the sites of the city. We left Sheboygan at 5 am, hooked up with the Metra in South side Milwaukee. Here's a short photo journal of the day.

One our way back to the Metra station we passed this Chess tournament stand on the side of the road.

that looks like a lot of fun... brings back a few memories from our visit there in 2004.
